Message	return it? My truck was involved in a hit and run. Found out it was my neighbor kid who lived across the street. The cop didn't do anything because the guy claimed he didn't know he hit me. I was told by the cop hit and runs are usually enforceable when someone has bodily injury. The cops rarely take action on property damage. It is up to the cop and the judge if they want to make a case of it.
